Kids Program

Periodically, we run an 6-8 week Kids Functional Movements Program for kids ages 7-11 (typically in the summer & winter).  This program introduces kids to the basic, foundational movements for working out safely.  This is an introductory course led by a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.  The classes run simultaneously with adult classes and child care is available for younger children during most classes (free with adult membership).  We would love to teach your kids functional movements!   photo4-e1340758988531-224x300
