skinnyFITatCF417 CF 417 SkinnyFit is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am. Childcare is provided. SkinnyFit is a womens only class designed to blast calories and sculpt lean muscle with high repetitions of body weight and low weight movements. Get a complete workout by combining strength movements with running, rowing, or other cardio. If you’ve wanted to try CrossFit 417 but were a little unsure about the skilled barbell movements and heavy weights, this is the class for you.  SkinnyFit  is an approachable environment that will help you advance to traditional CrossFit 417 classes. Classes are a constantly varied combination of movements and endurance lasting approximtely 20-30 minutes each. Come join the fun and be prepared to sweat!
