3 Year Anniversary Celebration

We will celebrate the 3rd anniversary of CrossFit 417 at Fremont Hills Country Club on Friday, August 8! There will be no 6pm WOD that day, so join us at the pool! The party will last from 6-10pm. Food and drinks will be available for purchase. Everyone is welcome! See you there!

Endurance class-New Time

The rowing/endurance class will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4pm beginning Tuesday, Aug. 13.  The Saturday 8am rowing class will remain unchanged. This class focuses on rowing and running. We try to help you improve your form as well as your endurance so you can crush every WOD.
