  Open Gym is a time to work on skills, movements or catch up on a workout you missed on your own.  There is no planned instruction. The Rowing/endurance class will be either a rowing based class (approximately 40 minutes of cardio and strength) or an endurance based class (longer runs, short sprints, interval training, etc.). SkinnyFit is a womens only class. Childcare is offered at the above designated classes only.  For more info on childcare, go here. Foundations, Personal Training and Team Sports Performance Sessions are available by appointment only. Additional classes will be added as needed, so check back.
