Partner Workout 18 min AMRAP: 20 toes to bar (One hangs from bar while other is doing toes to bar) 20 Deadlift 225/155 (One holds in a deadlift position while the other does deadlifts) 20 Single Arm DB SH 2 OH 55/35 (one holds in front rack while other partner works) 20 Burpee to Bar 90″/84″ (one stays in pushup plank while other works) 600m Row (break up however) The 2nd week of Regionals start tomorrow!   IMG_0157
