It's Max Week!!! Monday and Tuesday CF417 will be testing the Squat, Deadlift, and Srtict Press.  Please try your best to make it to these max outs.  We use these numbers to follow the strength program to assure gains are being made.  This is important because the Stronger you are the easier/faster you can move objects in life and workouts. Also, the more lean mass you have the more calories/fat you body can burn throughout the day.  Strength is very important to overall fitness. If you are unable to make it you can always make them up at Open Gym: Mon/Wed/Fri 11AM, Tue & Thurs 7pm, Sat 10am, Sun 2pm.
