Notice: 5 & 6 AM Classes are canceled due to road conditions. We plan to go ahead with the rest of the classes unless road conditions are unsafe. Conditioning 5 min AMRAP: 100m Row 15 Pushups --2 min rest-- 5 min AMRAP: 3 Power Clean 135/95 6 Toes 2 Bar 9 Air Squats --2 min rest-- 5 min AMRAP: 5 Power Snatch 135/95 5 Ring MU (Scale: bar, c2b, pullup, ring row + ring dip) We will be having Yoga at 7pm.  $5 per person (cash only) We are so proud of Jared Stevens being named Best Fitness Instructor in 417 Land!  Thank you to everyone who voted and were part of the video!
