Strength 5 x 1 overhead squat (from the rack, rest 90 seconds between sets) 4 x 6 at 70% back squat (rest 90 seconds between sets) Conditioning 4 rounds, for time: 14 overhead squat 115/75 (from the ground) 7 muscle ups Additional 3 x 20 weighted situps Reminder: Yoga at 7pm on Mondays $5 for members, $10 for non-members.  Come give it a try! The Summits instructors do a great job of gearing the yoga towards newbies and crossfitters.
