Skill 10 minutes of handstand walks or holds Strength 4 x 2 at 90% deadlift Conditioning 7 rounds: 8 deadlifts 185/125 5 muscle ups (scale to 8 chest to bar pullups) If you didn't get to do yoga on Monday, don't forget that we also have yoga on Saturday at 11am!
