Mobility Accumulate 5min in a deep squat hold(try to complete the entire 5min without standing) Conditioning 50 Renegade Pushups 55/35 1 Mile Run Skill/Mobility 6 x 5 x 40% of 1rm-OH Squat (this should not be heavy at all it is just position work) YOGA is starting at CrossFit 417 on Mondays at 7pm & Saturdays at 11am NEXT WEEK!  $5 for members, $10 for non-members.  Please bring cash and a yoga mat.
