Strength 4 x 4 x 80% Strict Press Conditioning  Partner Workout, 35 min Time Cap: 12-9-6 both partners working at the same time: OH Squat 115/85 C2B Pullups then  800m with 115/85 Barbell (use 1 barbell and do not drop the barbell outside-place it on the ground if you have to rest) then  EMOM 10 KB Swings 70/55 while working through 20 Burpee Bar MU then  100Cal Row Note: The first part of the workout is individual, however, you cannot start the 2nd part until both partners have finished the first part.  The 2nd, 3rd & 4th parts of the workout are as partners, with only 1 working at at time. photo-8
