Workout 1: (10 min Time Cap) 100 KB Swings for time 55/35 5 min Rest Workout 2: (10 min Time Cap) 100 Burpees  for time 7 min Rest Workout 3: (10 min Time Cap) 3 Rounds 10 KB Swings 70/55 10 Burpees Really boring video of 100kb swings and what not to do with the KB at the end.  NO dropping the KBS!!!!
