Strength 4 x 1 x 95% Deadlift  Conditioning "Helen" 3 rounds: 400m Run  21 KB Swings 55/35 12 Pullups  If you're going for the gym record, please have a coach validate your score. Congrats to Wendy on reaching her goal of 4 muscle ups in a row!  Add your goals to the goal board at CF 417 so that we can all celebrate with you when you reach them!  You're more likely to reach a goal when you write it down! Remember: SkinnyFIt is now offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Also, this weekend we will have a limited class schedule due to Regionals.  You can view it here.
