Conditioning 5 rounds, with a partner*: 400 meter run 30 KB swings 55/35 30 KB alternating lunges 55/35 6 rope climbs (long socks must be worn) *Only 1 partner works at a time, both partners run.  Do not start the kettle bell swings until both partners have returned from the run. Head out to the Tanger Outlets on Saturday to see 11 CrossFit 417 Teams Competing in the Tanger Throwdown! It's going to be fun! IMG_9746
