October Nutrition Challenge

It's time for another CrossFit 417 Nutrition Challenge! If you want to participate, here's how it works: 1. You agree to only eat foods on the approved list from October 1-October 30 (1 cheat day allowed) 2. Please encourage others in the gym to join you in eating healthy foods (share recipes, etc.) 3. Sign up at the gym and pay $5 per person (to go towards prizes for Nutrition Challenge winners) 4. You will participate in 2 pre-Challenge WODs and then again in 2 post-Challenge WODs to measure your progress. Feel free to take before pictures, measurements, etc. if you would like.  If you're not participating, please do not try to get those participating to cheat!
