Skill 10 minutes of box jumps-focus on a soft landing/rebounding/use arms Conditioning 15 minutes: 2 Deadlift 245/155-ascending by 2 2 Box jump 30"/24"-ascending by 2 1 Bar muscle up-ascending by 1 Note: On 1st round, you will perform 2 deadlifts, 2 box jumps, 1 bar muscle up.  For round 2, you will perform 4 deadlifts, 4 box jumps, 2 bar muscle ups and so on for as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.
