Strength 6 x 1 Snatch Partner WOD With 1 partner working at a time, perform the following: 50 snatch 135/95 40 backsquat 205/135 30 bar muscle ups 20 clean and jerks 205/135 10 paralette handstand pushups/10 strict handstand pushups 300 double unders Reminder New Year's Eve Schedule: 5am, 6am, 9am and Noon classes only.  The gym will close at 1:15pm. Closed on New Year's Day.
