Strength Wendler Deadlift (65%-75%-85%) 5 minute EMOM: 2 clean & jerks at 60% of max Conditioning "Grace" 30 clean and jerks 135/95 Note: If you want to go for the gym record, a judge must count all of your reps.    Nutrition Challenge Update: We will be doing the post-challenge WODs 1 & 2 on November 6 & 8.  If you can't make it those days, you can do the WODs starting November 1st.  Just make sure you have someone to count/judge your reps.  All sheets must be completed and turned in no later than Friday, November 9th.  Prizes will be given out at the Harvest Party on Saturday, November 10th.  Great job on the Challenge-only 2 more days to go! Our goal with the Nutrition Challenge was to educate you on which foods are healthy, help you make healthy eating a habit, and show you that you can do anything you put your mind to.  We don't want you to just go back to your old way of eating-hopefully this becomes a lifestyle for you.  The most realistic way to practice this is to follow the Nutrition Challenge for 6 days out of every week and allow yourself a cheat meal or 2 on the 7th day.  This way you get rewarded for eating healthy and are able to stick with it.  And you don't waste your "cheats" on things that aren't worth it.  Instead of just grabbing anything that looks delicious or convenient, you'll only eat your absolute favorite desserts/unhealthy foods and eliminate all others.  We are so proud to see all of the amazing recipes you've shared and the temptations you've conquered!  Great job. Don't let it go to waste. For those of you participating in HOA, we recommend that you don't cheat on the challenge until after HOA.  You don't want to get sick before the big competition!   And we're having an after party at Garbo's Pizza on Sunday after HOA at 1:30pm, so you can cheat there!
