Strength Wendler Back Squat Conditioning 4 rounds: 10 squat box jumps 24/20" 20 burpees 30 pull-ups 40 sit-ups 50 double unders Great job to everyone for pushing hard on "Chase."  It was a tough one, but more fun than expected. Check out those that were still standing after the 6pm WOD.
