Partner WOD 1:only one person works at a time 100, 80, 60, 40, 20 (must complete 100 ring pushups before moving to the 100 cal row) Ring Pushups Cal Row 7 min rest Partner WOD 2: 20 min AMRAP 18 C2B Pullups (partition between the partners, one working at a time) 200 Meter Sand Bag Run 60lbs (both people must be touching the bag during the entire run) HOA 4 is filled up but if you still want to get involved, register to volunteer here!
