WOD: 1 mile run 5min rest 1 mile row 5 min rest then 50 C2B pullups 50 HRPU 50 KB SDHP 55/35 50 Plate lunge(L-1, R-2) 45/25 Partition any way! Also, the morning row class will be at 9am.  There are still spots available, so come on and give it a try!
