Strength: Wendler-Strict press 5 x 5 Weighted pullups WOD1: 21-15-9 HSPU Pullups

rest 5 min then 3 x 800 meter run 2 min rest

    Forgot to post yesterday … And I had a great workout!

    Strict press felt really good. was able to get 8×165# for my final set. 2 more reps than the last time. Making some progress. Slowly but surely.

    only able to do the first WOD due to time restrictions.


    Time: 6:30

    Finally able to string together 15 Butterfly pullups in a row. HUGE progress. Still a long way to go. But so happy to be back with the CF417 family!!!
