Strength 10 min. EMOM: 2 clean & jerk 10 min. EMOM: 1 snatch Conditioning 5 rounds: 10 wallballs 20/14 10 pushpress 95/65  The rowing class starts next week.  Space is limited to the 1st 12 people, be sure to sign up on Facebook.  You need to sign up for each class-they are on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8am.
