"CrossFit Total" Strict press Back squat  Deadlift You have 3 attempts to establish a 1 rep max at each lift. This is an important day to attend as these are the numbers we use to follow the Wendler Strength Program.  If you can't make it, please try to find your max on these list on your own or during an open gym. This is also used to determine your progress following the Wendler Program.  Are you going to be in the 1,000+ lb. (male) or 600+ lb. (female) club? Reminder: We will have an 8am and 9am Group WOD on Wednesday, July 4th only.

    Crossfit total

    DL-415
    Squat- 315
    Press- 195

    Total-925 (just missed the standard!!!)

    Went up in the squat, but down in the press. Love this progression check. Can’t wait to push myself again in this program. I have to keep reminding myself that this is a marathon, not a sprint. Consistency is going to be the key. Thanks for all the awesome WODs that you keep posting.
