WOD "Fight Gone Bad"  3 rounds: Wall balls 20/14 (10' target) Sumo deadlift high-pull 75/55 Box jumps 20" Push press 75/55 Row for calories Rest 1 min. at each station; the clock does not stop between exercises. Get a partner to count your reps through the entire Fight Gone Bad, then count their reps while they do it.  Good luck!

    Little disappointed to miss this WOD. Strange to say this is one of my all time favorites. Misty and I will hit some WODs this week while in the Smokeys. See lots of toddler in back pack thru mountains for time. See you all in a week.
