Strength Wendler Backsquat (Week 1) Conditioning 5 x 7 cycles Bear complex (squat clean, thruster, backsquat, thruster = 1 cycle) add weight each round, work towards max load only set the bar down between rounds (do not rest or re-grip with bar on ground during cycles)  2 min. rest between each round Great job to all the kids that participated in the 1st functional movements class! There's still time to sign-up your child, the next class is Wednesday at 9am.
