Strength: Wendler-Deadlift/Strict Press WOD: for time 3 rounds 15 Burpees 15 Push press 115/75 then 3 rounds 25 Deadlifts 115/75 25 Pushups  Don't forget to bring your kids for the functional movement class at 9 am tomorrow!
