Strength 5-5-3-3-1-1 Power cleans 5 x 1 Jerks Conditioning 15 min. AMRAP, ascending order: 1 deadlift 135/95 1 (power or squat) clean 135/95  1 jerk 135/95 30 double-unders  Add 1 rep each round (DU remain the same) Update: There is a new Skills & Drills class starting this Saturday at 10am. For the summer:functional movements class for kids ages 8-12 will be offered on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9am.  Please sign-up if interested in this class.  It will run from June 4-August 8.
