Congrats to John Hunt and Kelly Nicolas for winning the final Weekly Challenge with a time of 1:14 and 2:45.  John, you're banned from all future Weekly Challenges. Strength Wendler-Back Squat Conditioning WOD, for time Buy in-1 mile run 3 rounds: 12 Back squat 155/105 9 Toes 2 bar 6 Hand stand push-ups Then Buy out-1 mile run Great job to everyone participating in the CrossFit Open Sectionals!  You are doing amazing!  Our goal is for every member to be participating next year! Andrea finally did it.
