Hero WOD: "Michael" 3 rounds for time 800 m run 50 Good mornings 45/25 50 sit-ups WOD 2: 5 rounds for time 400m run 20 KB swings 55/35 10 Wallballs 20/14 Tomorrow is the last day to do the weekly challenge...don't be a punk.

    I know I’m just the new guy but I want to thank everyone at 417 for welcoming me in and making me feel right at home. You all are great and I am pumped for some more amazing workouts with ya’all!! Couldn’t make it this morning because I am home helping my dad remodel the bathroom but I’ll have you know the Hero WOD was completed at Owensville High School in 20:58 with my old man (he nearly died haha)!!! 417 GO HARD!!!!!!!
