    Great burner today! Didn’t rx either wod but felt the smokin on wod 1 and squatted 65#, never did that before! And 30 times at that!!! :) go zach! It’s your birthday! Not really…

    Zach, nice work! I think the programming that Jared is drawing up is helping both of us to achieve new “first’s”.

    Had a miscue with the. Lock so I don’t know what my time was. I was able to RX the first WOD but not the second. I was able to do 95# and squat almost completely to games standard. Still have a ways to go but it is the baby steps that matter.

    Good luck to everyone with 12.3. CF 417 is doing great as a team and I am honored to be in such great company!

      *clock….I type about as well as I do OHS or or toes to the bar….not very well at all.
