Strength: Snatch 7 x 3 WOD: 5 rounds for time 5 Snatch 115/75 5 C2B pullups 5 Thrusters 115/75 5 Ring dips 5 Clean 115/75 Great job to John Hunt for winning the last weekly challenge with a time of 1:31. This week is the LAST Weekly Challenge: 400 meter sand bag run for time (use the Everlast bag).  If you haven't tried it yet, what do you have to lose?  Good Luck!
