Strength 4x2 Push Press Wendler Strict Press-Week 4 Conditioning  4 x Complex 1, use 50% of your strict press max 1 mile run Congrats to Daryl and John Hunt for winning last week's Weekly Challenge with 88 and 112 DU in 1 min. This week, the challenge is  10 HR pushups, 10 air squats, 10 dumbell ground to ovehead 45/30, 10 box jumps, 10 power cleans 95/65, 10 burpees for time. Great job to everyone who competed in the 1st week of Sectionals!  We are proud of you and can't wait to see what the next 4 weeks will bring.  Let's go CF 417!

    I am not sure what my deal was today, but this WOD kicked my backside. And to make matters worse, I had to do this one by myself due to jasmine having a previous scheduled appointment. There is nothing harder than working out by yourself.

    I was really tempted to lower the weight by set 3. But then I asked myself WWJD…”What Would Jared Do?” and pushed on.

    Two goals the next time this WOD rears its ugly head. 1- Faster time and 2- unbroken sets. Neither happened today after the first set.

    BTW- if I have offended anyone, that was not my intention. Just trying to be positive and have a little fun.
