    Great WOD today. You know, you think you are in shape and then you get a WOD like this and come in right in the middle of the pack. Great, humbling feeling for sure. Love being able to come home for a smoker of a Hero WOD.

    Thanks for making us feel welcome every time we visit. See you next month and good luck to all who are competing in the Open. I will do my best to keep up.
