    THAT WAS AWESOME! It felt so good to be back at my home box. Nothing compares to pushing through a WOD with great friends who are each pushing to do better. Thanks for the workout, Jared. And for the extra coaching. I can now apply what I have learned and push a little harder when I am away. Can’t wait for tomorrow and possible Monday.
