    Really hard a tough time with the WOD today. I am not sure what my problem is but here’s to hoping that tomorrow will be better.

    The rope climbs were extremely difficult. The crappy ropes we have here made it where I couldn’t use my feet until I was almost done. Sucked big time! But on the bright side, I now know that I can climb a rope with just arms, something I couldn’t do before starting Crossfit.
