HAPPY VALENTINES DAY! Warm-up 3 min. DU, 10 uneven pushups, 10 squat jumps, 10 KB arm bars each arm, 10 group hugs XOXO Strength  Wendler - Strict Press Conditioning 10 rounds: 5 Strict press 135/95 5 L-pullups 20 Wall balls 20/14 200 meter run (modified if weather requires) Congrats to last week's wall ball challenge winner, Seth Matlock with 36 in 1 min. This Weekly Challenge is most toes to bar in a row (if you drop off the bar, the count stops).  Good Luck!  There will be 1 male & 1 female winner each week....and there are prizes.  Remember to get your score validated by Jared, Andrea, Daryl or John Hunt.

    Hahahahaha! Hard workout today! And as Seth H. says, no group hugs for me, they’d get caught in my vest! Haha!

    What a V Day smoker! this was just what I needed in the middle of the day. It was really crowded today with the weather a little more better and people seemed to come out of the woodwork.

    I really enjoyed the warm up. DU are getting a little more consistant and that always makes me feel good heading into the WOD.

    Jasmine wasn’t that far behind me and that pushed me to keep going. I was really nervous about the L pullups. I don’t know if I was doing them right but they weren’t as hard as I thought they would be.

    Congrats to Seth for the Weekly challenge last week. Couple more days and we will be back down there.
