Warm up: 5 min DU, 20 plate OH lunges, 2 x complex 1 Strength: Wendler-Deadlift WOD: For time 100 KB swings 55/35 100 pushups 100 leg lifts to bar 65/45 100 ring rows Must finish all 100 before moving on

    This one looks interesting. Would like to know what leg lifts to bar might be??? Either way it’s gonna be a sore Tuesday.

        Yeah it wasn’t terrible…..especially now that it is done. We substituted GHD’s for the pushups since we did chest yesterday and I have a feeling that my low back and hamstrings are going to be feeling it today and tomorrow.

    Ok, I don’t know who Scott is, but saying it wasn’t terrible tells me he is in much better shape than I am. I thought it was a perfect Monday WOD.

    When I do this again, I think I am going to take a different approach. I tried to go as long as I could unbroken. I got to 50 KB swings and had to take a break. I couldn’t figure out why I was having such a hard time with this. I ended up finishing in sets of 10. I think that is the way to go. Consider it a marathon not a sprint. Might work.

    It was a great way to start the week that is for sure.

      I said it wasn’t terrible, especially since I was done. I have seen the times you post Ryan and you seem to kick it pretty good!

    Great job Ryan! Kicked my butt! Thought rows and swings were awful! Great workout though and as usual, really enjoyed it with the noon group…!
