Warm up: 3 min DU, 20 plate OH lunges, 5 HSPU, 10 pushups, 20 dbl bridges

Strength: Wendler-strict press

WOD: 15min running clock 40 pushpress 95/65 30 burpees 20 wallballs 20/14 20 pushpress 95/65 30 burpees 40 wallballs 20/14

With any remaining time rest at 15 min run 1000m add run time to chipper time for score Now enjoy this row montage

    Hahahaha! That was an awesome video! Couldn’t stop laughing at myself, seth, and glen! Great effort guys! We’ll get it next time… But I never wanna row again!

    This reminded me as well why I love Crossfit. It was amazing. When I first looked at it, I wasn’t sure if I was going to make the time limit. Let’s just say that I surprised myself.

    Run was a little painful after the 5 mile run I did yesterday. Great WOD!

      Need to clarify something…when I checked at noon, I guess I overlooked the burpees. So my time is sans any burpees. Suck! Sorry.
