    Ok, I have to agree with Zach on this one. I was actually a little more motivated once I watched the video. Boy was I in for a shock.

    Time: 14:12.

    That was a little embarrassing. OHS are the bane of my existence. I am going to have to spend more time in the gym just working on form and flexibility.

    Right on Ryan! OHS suck! :) felt pretty good on t2b, box jumps were the best I’ve done, burpees hurt, then OHS was awful! So glad there were only 10! But actually enjoyed the workout!
