    I finished the row and thought i had this one. But when i looked up, I would have seen Matt finish just before me. Time: 1:32.8

    Then came the WOD. This was the kind of workout that I love. Love to Hate that is…


    8 rounds + dips + 200m run.

    I can’t wait to see what the next Challenge is. Great effort by all those who participated so far. Still have one more day…

    Way to go Ryan! But now you have a new goal, bill did rows in 1:29! Proud of my wife katie for doing the rows on only her third week of crossfit! Sitting in 2nd place so far! :)

    Hard workout for me today but I can tell I’ve improved in strength.
