    Man this a challenge! Thanks noon warriors for pushing me through it! Maybe someday I’ll be able to rx it! It was so fast, it was hard to recover after first round of cleans! Thank goodness it was only 3! And I don’t ever want to row again! :)
    Matt and Seth made it look easy! Good job guys!

    The rowing was awful. The sadistic side of me enjoys watching others go through that minute & a half of hell too. I totally underestimated that one.

      Just wanna thank you Matt for cheering me on during my row. It really helped to hear how close to the finish I was getting! Made a big difference when I wanted to give up! Meant to thank you earlier…

    The 135 clean might be my max, not sure ill be getting 5 out of it! The row sounds awful, you guys are better than I!

    Man, this one was really tough. By the third round I wasn’t sure I made the right choice to RX this WOD. But stuck it out…can’t feel my arms but what a great workout.

    Completed this WOD with a celebratory muscle up.

    Going to tackle the row challenge tomorrow. Here goes nothing……
