    Great workout today! Was the slowest in the noon group but did my best! Couldn’t rx it unless I wanted to be there all day but 205 deadlift was plenty challenging :)

    Clean & jerk….WHOA. This was my first time trying that and I loved it (well, maybe not when Ryan kept trying to pile all these heavy weights on the bar). I started with 45lbs and ended at 65lbs. My dead lifts were at 65. I’ll get up there with more practice.

    I can’t tell you how good it felt to be back in the gym today. Now, it wasn’t the gym I wish I could use (hint hint….see you Saturday), but it felt good none the less.

    Started the day with intervals on our treadmill. 20 mins, 2.63 miles. Awesome way to start the day.

    Clean and jerk
    135, 155, 175, 185, 205, 225, 225(f) new PR.

    WOD
    Deadlift 225#
    Box jumps 30″ box…the 28 was being used and I knowit was only 2 more inches but by the 3rd set, it slowed me down

    Jasmine won this round….hats off to her for all that she has done in 2 short weeks.
