Warm up: 3 min DU, 5 inch worm + 2 pushups, 3 rounds "Cindy" Strength: 20 min to find one rep max bench press WOD: 5 rounds for time 5 burpee box jump 10 HRPU 15 ring rows Post Max and WOD time to comments.
