Warm up: Elite, Burgener, angel wings Strength: Wendler- Back squat 3x3 Thrusters WOD: 3-6-9-12-9-6-3 Thrusters 95/65 Burpee pullups

    First time doing cross fit w/out Ryan–gotta admit, I was a little intimidated in there. But it was all good. I can’t do a pull up to save my life, so I used the machine instead. Great workout.
