    What a great workout today! Who woulda thought that 6x6x6x6 would be so challenging?! Stupid 9 ft. rx! 7 would have to do today!

    Funny, Zach….I didn’t think the 9 ft line was all that tough. Kidding my friend….

    It was a great WOD today. This was the first time that Jasmine has done knees to elbows and is might have really slowed her down but she kept after it.

    As RX’d

    Ryan- 9 rounds + 2 K2E.
    Jasmine- 6 rounds ( knee clap push ups, 45# SDHP)

    Tomorrow will be Jasmines first hero WOD. Hope it doesn’t scare her away.

    Haha! I had to sit on glen’s shoulder to reach 9 ft! Hope jasmine does great on the hero wod! :)
