Warm up: Elite, Burgener, KB windmill Strength: Wendler- Deadlift 3 x 3 WOD: 6 rounds for time 2 Deadlifts 315/205 4 Bar facing burpees 6 Chest 2 bar pullups 8 Ring dips 10 Wall balls 20/14

    When I looked at this, I thought this is going to be a 10-12 min WOD. Boy was I wrong!

    Jasmine-27 ish (used 80# for DL and assisted pull ups and dips). Not bad for her first time doing DL.

    The 315 DL was rough after doing the 3x3x3 for strength.
