Warm up: elite, Burgener Strength: 5-3-1 Program Strict press 5x2 Power clean + pushjerk Cond: 3 rounds 8 power clean 155/105 8 toes 2 bar Rest 3 min then 5 rounds 5 strict press 95/65 5 strict pullups Rest 2 min then 50 burpees for time Add all three times together for total score
