Warm up: Elite, Burgener, 5 kb armbar Strength: Back Squat Skill: Kipping pullups/DU Cond: 21-15-9 for time: Back squat Pullups Don't forget the Fish Fry this Saturday the 14th.  Just bring a side, meat,  and some drinks.
