    Jared, that was sick!

    For bear trap, I used 135#. I did 7 and a half rounds. Still struggling with the depth on the squats but better than I was a month ago. Progress….

    I didn’t have a watch or clock for the WOD. I would guess that my time was around 5 mins. I just forgot my watch at home and used the regular clock on the wall.

    Have I mentioned that I miss the noon group? Just saying…
